Newly constructed centrally heated accommodation consists of a double bedroom with either a super king double bed or the option of two singles.

A separate shower room with all amenities.

A living area consisting of a comfortable lounge area with TV , DVD player and stereo. A kitchen area with cooker, microwave and fridge.

A small dining area with patio doors onto a private garden.

An internet connection and an additional fold up bed is available on request.

All bed linen and towels provided.

Mid week sheet change for weekly quests.

A welcome pack is provided for all visitors. Off road parking for two cars. 5 mins walk into the centre of town, 10 mins from railway station.

No smoking allowed in the annexe

Although we advertise as a self catering unit, on arrival in the annexe we provide homemade preserves, croissants, bread, eggs. milk, tea,coffee etc, always a bowl of fresh fruit in fact everything you need for a continental breakfast, and any special requirements we are happy to provide if you let us know in advance.

All towels are provided cleaned everyday if required and bathrobes for your use.

Just bring yourselves and personal items and relax in your own private environment.

Rates from £60 per day,(Minimum 2 night stay)

£350 per week for double room,

Reduced rates over the winter period (Nov-March)
Deposit required in advance.
